PLEASE NOTE: Prior to April 1st 2020 the GaltToys.us website operated as a transactional website, offering our consumer customers the ability to purchase products direct from us. But as of the 1st of July 2020 the GaltToys.us website no longer offers products for sale direct to consumers. Please be aware that some of the questions and answers below are in place to help customers with queries about their historic accounts and orders from our old website.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

As of July 1st 2020 we are no longer taking online orders on this website, we can instead direct you to one of our official stockists. Just visit any product page and click on the Where to Buy online button.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders place prior to the 1st of April 2020 and had been confirmed cannot be cancelled on the website. Once the goods have been received they may be returned as per our returns policy and procedures.

Products purchased after April 2020 through one of our retailer partners, will need to be returned or refunded via that retailers returns and refund processes.
